Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery
(2 Business days)
Free local two day delivery is available for orders within the area of coverage.

Local pickup
(Same day pick up)
You can skip the shipping wait time with free local pickup at :

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the same day.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our local pickup hours are 9:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
(4-8 Business days)
We offer international shipping to most countries through Canada Post Lettermail shipping without tracking. To add a tracking number will be $19.50 CAD. These delivery standards are not guaranteed.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only process a return if your items are defective or damaged.
